Do carers need a ticket?

No - carers accompanying a guest who requires assistance do not need to purchase a ticket.

However, carers will need to present valid proof of their status on the day of their visit. This can include documentation such as a Carer’s Allowance letter, a carer ID card issued by a local council, or similar official documentation.

Please present your documentation to our Box Office staff upon arrival.
